Booking Rules

Booking is based on a first come, first serve basis until booked to capacity.  Submitting a booking request does not guarantee an appointment for your tattoo design. Once your form has been completed please allow 1-2 days for a deposit information to be sent to the email submitted on form. Deposit information will not be sent through any other form of communication. Please proofread email address for typos. Thank for your support and working with the new process!
 
  • Please note: All designs are not approved automatically. Tattoos are approved based on concept, placement, and style. 
  • Deposit of $50, $100, or 25% per tattoo is required in order to secure slot ( tattoos under $300 require $50 down, $300- up require $100, $700-up require 25% down). Deposit must be paid within 24 hours of receiving deposit information before it is passed to the next approved request.* (deposit info will be sent upon completion of booking form).
  • Deposits are nonrefundable. The rebooking fee is 50% of the deposit amount. In the case of an emergency, the new date must be  discussed with the artist 48 hours before your appointment or a new deposit will be required to rebook.
  • ​Client must be 18 y/o or older.
  • NO CHILDREN.
  • NO SPECTATORS.
  • Please be punctual. Arriving late without communicating with artist results in forfeiture of appointment.
  • Noncommunication of appointment changes will not be tolerated. In order to respect the time of the artist as well as the time of prospective clients, those who "no call no show" will run the risk of not being able to book again.
  • The design submitted at the time of booking is the design that will be tattooed.
  • Plan day accordingly. Please allow artist enough time to complete your piece. 
  • Arrive fed and hydrated for an enjoyable tattoo experience :-)

FAQs

Sessions:

Q:  How much is a full sleeve?


A: Full sleeves, back pieces, and other large pieces may take 3-6 sessions depending on variables such as skin type, the size and detail of the tattoo, and other factors not listed here. As this an artistic project, there is no way to guarantee the exact price of a sleeve without a full consultation. Every project and person is unique.


​Q: Can I book a "tap out" session?


A: Full day sessions, known as "tap out sessions" are designed to tackle larger or more detailed tattoos only. Some examples would be:

-Sleeves

-Back pieces

-Realism tattoos, etc.


Q: I'm interested in starting a sleeve, or large project, what is the process.


A:  When deciding to take on a large project, Dot will start by booking a design consultation. At this session you will be required to collaborate with Dot while a full draft of the project is rendered. Once a design has been agreed upon the pricing will be discussed. Session options will offered and solidified at that time. After issuing a price, Dot will then advise upon how the tattoo should be completed (the number of sessions). At which time the client will decide when he/she would like to complete the piece. For example, John may be advised to have 4 sessions. Before starting the project with Dot, John would secure the large project by paying $400 upfront ($100 per session for April 1st, 12th, 19th, and 30th).
